Shipping Policy

All orders for items in stock are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) excluding delivery times after receiving your order confirmation email.

Should any delay be expected, we will notify you accordingly as per contact details supplied.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Deliveries are made during business hours on weekdays. We will contact you via Phone or Email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Gauteng at either our Centurion or Edenvale branch, Kwazulu-Natal at our Red Hill branch and in Mpumalanga at our Mbombela branch. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days if in stock. We will contact you via phone or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you with further instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 15:00 on Weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an order tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at candl4@argent.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
