Gravity Roller Conveyors
A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. Conveyors are especially useful in applications involving the transportation of heavy or bulky materials, materials must have a rigid riding surface. Minimum of three rollers must support smallest loads at all times. Conveyor systems allow quick and efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials, which make them very popular in the material handling and packaging industries. Designed as a modular system for maximising simplicity, flexibility and cost effectiveness, units include standard 3 meter straight sections, as well as in-between length turntables, gates, 45° and 90° bends and transfer trolleys. Various diameters, widths, pitches and capacities are available.
Available in light, medium and heavy duty ranges in 300mm, 450mm and 600mm standard widths and standard diameters of 38mm, 50mm and 63mm. Standard roller come with spring loaded shafts for easy installation.
Ball transfers make light work of directing, shifting, rotating and turning loads in material handling applications. Ball transfers come in three mounting styles: stud, flange and countersunk. Individual ball transfers may be used to create your own transfer table, flow rail or other material handling device.
Horizontal and inclined belt conveyors provide a smooth conveying system that allows for movement of cartons, boxes, etc., floor-to- floor or in a straight line. It can also be used to increase elevation in gravity flow situations.
